Aktor: 1.3 billion euro projects in Romania

Company CEO hopes for a doubling of their value in the years to come, so that Aktor Romania may reach the same level as Aktor Greece.   “We focus mainly on the Romania market. In the past, Aktor had activities in 52 countries, but we ceased operations everywhere, except for Greece and Romania. We focus only on the Romanian market which we will develop and in which we will invest as much as possible as in future. After Greece, which is the most welcoming country, with the most obvious economic growth we see in Europe,”said Alexandros Exarchou, Aktor Executive Manager Vicepresident & CEO Intrakat on Profit News TV. He announced on that occasion he announced that Lot 3 of Bucharest Highway, between Highway A1 (Bucharest-Pitesti) and DN6 (Bucharest- Bragadiru), in whose building the company is involved, will be completed in August or September, after working in three shifts per day. Aktor is involved in Romania in building section 2 of Apata-Cata railroad, a difficult technical project, one of the few places in Europe where 4 tunnel digging machines will be used at the same time. Intrakat and Aktor have now, at global level, projects of 5.5 billion euros and a business figure of 1.5 billion euros.   Aktor Construction is a member of Intrakat Group, a leader in Greece in constructions, infrastructure,public/private concessions/partnerships, renewable energy sources, energy storing, real estate development, environment projects and digital technologies, with a significant presence in South-Eastern Europe, listed at Athens Exchange since 2001.
