Bergenbier S.A. launches Fresh 0.0 Pomegranate and Pink Grapefruit

May 29, 2024

Bergenbier S.A., part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company group, continues its expansion in the non-alcoholic beer mix segment and launches Fresh 0.0 Pomegranate and Pink Grapefruit. It is already the fifth assortment of the brand that the company produces in its Ploiesti brewery.
"The Romanian consumer has started to look for different tastes, which is why Fresh 0.0 comes to meet him with a new flavor, Pomegranate and Pink Grapefruit, which is also an important element in our strategy for the non-alcoholic beer mix segment. This is a market that has been growing steadily over the last three years, that is why we are confident that the new Fresh 0.0 will be successful and this launch confirms the expansion of our non-alcoholic portfolio", said Victor Teioșanu, Marketing Director Bergenbier S.A.
The non-alcoholic beer segment also includes beer mixes, and the Bergenbier S.A. portfolio currently includes, in addition to the new assortment, the Fresh 0.0 flavors Apple and Pear, Lemon and Orange, Raspberry and Blueberry.
"The visibility of the Fresh 0.0 brand is steadily increasing from year to year, mainly because we aim, through our marketing plans, to align with market trends and satisfy consumer desires. This year, we are taking the path of optimism with the new flavor and bringing shades of pink into the glass and bold, tastes, not-too-sweet, of berry and grapefruit flavors to conquer market expectations" adds Virginia Radu, Senior Brand Manager Premium Brands.
The new Pomegranate and Pink Grapefruit flavor is low in calories, contains no artificial preservatives or colorants, and the integrated marketing campaign focuses on a positive lifestyle to give consumers the inspiration they need every day.
"An extremely important pillar facilitating the holistic development of our 0.0% alcohol portfolio is the visibility in HoReCa partner stores and locations, and the launch of a new Fresh 0.0 flavor is another step towards addressing specific purchasing missions as well as varied consumption occasions throughout the day. We have full confidence in the success of the new flavor and promise relevant and surprising activations for consumers", adds Cristina Botgros, Commercial Excellence Director.
Fresh 0.0 Pomegranate and Pink Grapefruit is already available throughout Romania in off-trade and on-trade stores, in 0.5l aluminum cans and 0.33l bottles.
