Soil water reserve in autumn wheat will be low and particularly low over large areas of Moldova, Dobrogea and Muntenia, locally in central and eastern Oltenia, eastern, central and southern Transylvania and, isolated, in north-western Banat, while for maize, soil moisture deficits will be recorded in Maramures, over large areas of Moldova and Muntenia, locally in northern and central Dobrogea, central and eastern Oltenia, western and northern Crisana and, isolated, in north-eastern and north-western Banat. According to the National Administration for Meteorology (ANM) during this interval there will be mostly warmer weather than the normal temperatures, in the largest part of the country. The average temperature of air will be between 14 and 27 degrees on the whole agricultural territory, positive temperature deviations of 1 -6 degrees.The maximum air temperature will be covered between 20 and 30 degrees, in the majority of the agricultural regions. The minimum temperature will be between 8 and 21 degrees, at the level of the country, lower values being possible in the areas of depressions.As regards the rainfall, there are possible local showers and heavy downpours accompanied by thunderstorms, hail and strong winds in most of the country. Locally, water amounts may be heavier, ANM said.
