Driver, manager and medical assistant - the most wanted jobs this summer

The positions of driver, manager and medical assistant are at the top of the first three most wanted work places, since the beginning of the summer and until now, shows an analysis made by eJobs,  an online recruitment platform.   According to the data centralised by eJobs with 150,000 site interrogations, the jobs of driver were the most wanted by the candidates, and most were interested in the opportunities for the drivers with B driving licence, truck drivers or distribution drivers.   The second most wanted position was that of manager, up as importance against the first months of 2024, as the candidates had made platform queries - 115,000 by the key-word.   The top goes on with the position of medical assistant with 87,000 queries on the specialised platform.After the three places, the hierarchy goes on with call centre operator (64,000 queries) and engineer in the speciality of construction engineer, mechanic engineer, installation engineer, electric engineer and chemical engineer. Similarly, the persons interested in the call centre operator positions looked for opportunities for Spanish, Italian, French and English speakers.   Moreover, the searches for which the keyword was 'remote' and 'home' registered an increase against the beginning of the year, up to 30,000 queries. In exchange, there were 320,000 applications since the beginning of the month of June to the present moment for jobs allowing work from home.   According to the Salario data, the salary comparator, eJobs brand, the net average salary of those hired as drivers varies between 4,000 lei and over 12,000 lei, in the case of truck drivers with international routes.   At the same time, the average net salary of a medical assistant is approximately 4,800 lei and for a call-centre operator is 3,500 lei. The salary average for an accountant is 5,000 lei per month while for a human resources specialist the salary is approximately 4,500 lei per month.   Since the beginning of the summer and until the present moment, the employers posted 65,000 work places for which 2.2 million applications were cumulated. The eJobs platform has at present available jobs, 23,000, out of which 700 driver position, 4,500 medical assistant, 500 for accountants and 2,700 for call-centre operators.   At the same time, the employers have 800 work places for engineers and at general level 900 work places are 'remote'.
