The Hungarian presidency of the EU Council asks that Romania and Bulgaria become full members of the Schnegen Zone by the end of this year, Hungarian PM Viktor Orban told the plenum of the European Parliament, in Strasbourg, as part of the debate on the priorities of the Hungarian Presidency.The Hungarian head of Executive said that the asylum system does not function and that "if we allow someone in, we cannot ever send him back home again.""The EU policy on migration failed, and we can see the consequences of this fact.
