24th edition of Christmas Trees Festival launched on Wednesday at National Art Museum of Romania

The 24th edition of the Christmas Trees Festival will be launched by the Salvati Copiii organization on Wednesday, at the National Art Museum of Romania.According to a press release from the organizers sent on Monday, the fir trees, unique creations, which will be auctioned for the cause of vulnerable children, will be presented for the first time at the National Art Museum of Romania, during a conference on the biggest charity event of the year."The solidarity of great people around children, of those who represent not only the joy of the present, but also the future, the world of tomorrow, is what we have more secure, more certain and more hopeful at the end of a year marked by uncertainties and insecurities, by political and social disturbances, economic difficulties. A better world and future have always been built through knowledge and education, and when these are valued and assumed, in a solidarity effort, at the level of society, things change, and the projections become reality. This is what Salvati Copiii has been doing through the Christmas Trees Festival for over 20 years: it gives voice and power to vulnerable children who, once supported at at the right time, they know how to capitalize on the support they receive. For over 20 years, we have been assiduously implementing integrated programs that have become models of best practices in breaking the cycle vicious of educational poverty. We will continue with the same tenacity until the last child who needs help," according to Salvati Copiii.In the 23 previous editions, more than 9 million euros were collected, money intended for the access to education of vulnerable children.
