Nuclearelectrica seeking to purchase software services under RON 11.3 ml contract

 Romanian nuclear power plant operator Nuclearelectrica wants to purchase software services worth RON 11.3 million, VAT excluded, under a 24-month contract, according to a tender notice posted in the Electronic Public Procurement System (SEAP)."The procurement is aimed at the consistent implementation at Nuclearelectrica of an integrated human resources management system called HR Management, through the centralized use of the Oracle HR Core application, which is currently in use at CNE Cernavoda, by scaling it to the entire structure of Nuclearelectrica, the head office and the Pitesti Nuclear Fuel Factory, and expanding its functionalities by the addition of modules, for a project implementation period of maximum 24 months," the notice states.The contract will be awarded through open tender, based on the best quality-price ratio criterion. The deadline for receipt of offers or participation requests is January 8, 2025, 15:00 p.m.Nuclearelectrica's scope of activity is the production of electricity, heat and nuclear fuel.Nuclearelectrica has two branches without legal personality: the Cernavoda CNE Branch, which operates Units 1 and 2 of the Cernavoda nuclear power plant and the auxiliary services, and the Pitesti Nuclear Fuel Factory. It is also the sole shareholder of the project company EnergoNuclear, with 100% of the stake.
