Tourism :Radisson Hotel Group expands hotel and apartment offer with a state-of-the-art, twin-towered project in Mamaia

Radisson Hotel Group is expanding its hotel offer on Romania’s Black Sea coast. The project will result in the development of the Radisson Blu Hotel & Residences in Mamaia, the largest and most attractive resort on the Romanian coast. The state-of-the-art, twin-towered project will include a mix of 234 hotel rooms and 102 branded residences, offering unrivaled facilities and services to both domestic and international visitors.   “We are honored and proud of this collaboration. The new destination in Mamaia introduces unique elements, luxury category amenities and facilities, as well as personalized services designed to set a new standard in hospitality for guests,” said Alexandru Manea CEO & Founder Monarc Properties.   The design of the project reflects the Radisson Blu style, benefiting from the support of the Group’s technical and design team, as well as the vision of local architects from Cumulus. The design uniquely combines quality materials and precious finishes, incorporating the latest technologies so that visitors enjoy a premium experience. The property will include a variety of rooms, from standard rooms to luxury presidential suites, with a total area of 350 m², including large terraces. The apartment tower will offer units ranging from 37 m² studio apartments, one, two and three-bedroom apartments to spacious four-bedroom duplex apartments of up to 116 m².   Guests will enjoy an extensive range of facilities, including a lobby bar and a restaurant with a spacious terrace, an outdoor bar by the swimming pool located on the fourth floor. The hotel will have a large banquet hall and four additional multi-functional meeting rooms, totaling 1,800 m² for corporate or private events. In addition, the resort will also feature a 500 m² spa and fitness center, wellness facilities and a large outdoor swimming pool, ensuring a complete and luxurious experience for all visitors.   Mamaia has historically been the main Black Sea destination for Romanians and remains the most popular resort in the region. Located near Constan?a, Radison Blu Hotel & Residences in Mamaia aims to attract tourists and business travelers from Romania and neighboring countries, making it a perfect destination for vacations as well as private and corporate events.
