Mantor E2K, a company specialized in industrial and logistics constructions, has appointed Radu Vlad as Business Development Manager. The decision is part of the company's strategy to strengthen its management team and expand its market share locally. In the context of favorable growth forecasts for the industrial and logistics sector in Romania, Mantor E2K aims to reach a turnover of 50 million euros in the next five years, capitalizing on emerging opportunities in the local market.
With over 20 years of experience in industrial and real estate project development, Radu Vlad has coordinated large-scale projects such as A1 Industrial Park and Cefin Logistic Park, which had a value exceeding 180 million euros. In recent years, he has focused on identifying opportunities for distressed assets and negotiating complex real estate contracts.
"At a time when the local market benefits from solid development opportunities, with infrastructure investments and Romania's accession to Schengen, I am delighted to join the Mantor E2K team. With a solid base of completed projects and a clear vision for the future, we are capable of positioning ourselves among the leading players in the industrial and logistics market, contributing to the growth of the sector, despite a slowdown in demand in the short term. My experience in managing complex projects, combined with Mantor E2K's expertise, will enable us to adapt quickly and respond to market demands, turning challenges into opportunities to develop sustainable solutions for our clients," said Radu Vlad, Business Development Manager at Mantor E2K.
“The Romanian industrial and logistics market continues to offer considerable opportunities, especially due to the development of the infrastructure that supports operations in the region. The appointment of Radu Vlad, a leading figure in the market, to our team represents a strategic move to establish a strong management foundation for Mantor E2K's growth. Over the next five years, we aim to build innovative and sustainable industrial and logistics projects, tailored to market needs. We are confident that together we will capitalize on emerging opportunities and successfully navigate the challenges in the industry,” said Tomas Manjon, managing partner of Mantor E2K.
Mantor E2K has delivered to the Romanian market one of the largest leather factories in Europe, built for an Italian leader in the fashion industry. The Sibiu project, covering over 12,000 sqm, is an example of sustainable and innovative design, signed by architect Guido Canali, featuring laminated wood structures and extensive use of natural light to create an optimal working environment for more than 500 employees.
At the same time, the company built a project that involved the expansion of a steel factory in Topoloveni (Argeș), owned by the Spanish multinational BAMESA. The 4,000+ sqm expansion incorporated state-of-the-art soil improvement techniques and a heavy-duty floor designed to withstand immense weigh.
Mantor E2K is equipped to provide complex solutions and satisfy the stringent needs of the industrial and logistics sector. With a robust team and a clear strategy, the company is well-positioned to leverage Romania's long-term growth potential.
