Vista Bank announces the agreement with Alpha Bank S.A. and Alpha International Holdings S.MS.A. 100% subsidiaries of Alpha Services and Holdings S.A., for the acquisition of the shares (100%) in Alpha Leasing (Romania) (which also holds 100% of Alpha Insurance Brokerage (Romania)). The transaction is expected to be completed in the 2nd quarter of this year and is subject to approval by the competent authorities.
