Romania's President Nicusor Dan on Tuesday announced having signed, together with the other European leaders, a joint statement on Ukraine that says peace cannot be built without Ukraine, without respect for its sovereignty and territorial integrity and without the Ukrainian people freely deciding their future."I welcome President Donald Trump's efforts to help end Russia's illegal war against Ukraine and build a just and lasting peace solution.
