European leaders expected in Moldova on August 27, and President Nicusor Dan on August 31

The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, the chancellor of Germany, Friedrich Merz and the Prime-minister of Poland, Donald Tusk are expected on 27th August in Kishinev, for the Independence Day, at the invitation of the president of the Republic of Moldova, Maia Sandu. At the same time, on 31st August, for Romanian Language Day, the president of Romania, Nicusor Dan will be expected in Kishinev, informed on Friday the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova in a press release.The three leaders together with the President Maia Sandu will hold press statements at the headquarters of the presidency and later, they will address the citizens during a concert dedicated to Independence Day, organized in the Square of the National Assembly.By their presence, the European partners reconfirm their trust in the Republic of Moldova and their support of its European road, the press release of the Office of the President of the Republic of Moldova says.
