The prices of products which come out of the factories gates registered, in August 2025, as compared to July 2025 a drop of 0.4% in the EU and Romania is among the EU member states with the highest reductions of prices for industrial production from one month to another, show the data published on Friday by Eurostat.According to these data, industrial producer prices fell month-on-month in most EU countries, but the biggest falls were in Denmark (down 1.3%), Romania and the Netherlands (both down 1%). Eurostat says that the development of industrial producer prices in the EU was influenced in particular by a 1.4% decline in energy prices. In this case, Romania is among the member states with the highest increases of industrial producer prices with an advance of 3.1% annually.
