There are currently 31,620 job openings in Romania nationwide, and 357 in the European Economic Area (EEA) for Romanian employees, according to data with the National Employment Agency (ANOFM), published on Wednesday.Most of the openings nationwide are for heavy truck and lorry drivers (1,953); messengers, package deliverers and luggage porters (1,633); shop sales assistants (1,539); building construction labourers (1,472); security guards (1,326); freight handlers (1,229) and manufacturing labourers (1,001).Of the total 31,620 openings reported by employers at employment agencies, 2,282 are for higher education graduates, 6,109 for high school or post-secondary education graduates 7,445 for vocational education graduates and 15,784 for those without formal education or primary/secondary education graduates.At the same time, under the Eures Romania network, 357 jobs are available, as follows: 210 in Spain (agricultural labourers; warehouse operators; forklift operators; line supervisors), 50 in Germany (MAG welders; electricians; metalworking helpers; forklift operators; production labourers in meat processing), 50 in Norway (production labourers in the fish industry), 15 in Italy (bus drivers), nine in Slovenia (exterior facade finishing labourers; truck drivers), seven in Austria (laser cladding robot operators; universal lathe operators; mechanical technicians; electrical technicians; CNC operators), six in Croatia (tractor driver - forest tractor drivers; wood cutters), five in Poland (warehouse labourers), four in Sweden (electricians; mechanics) and one position in Ireland (caregiver).
