Christmas Market organized on Esplanade of the Bucharest National Opera to open on Saturday

 The "Bucharest Opera Christmas Market", whose program includes concerts, recitals and classical music performances, as well as workshops for children, will open on Saturday on the esplanade of the Bucharest National Opera (ONB).According to a press release from the Center for Creativity, Art and Tradition of the Municipality of Bucharest sent on Tuesday, organized by this institution, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the ONB, the fair transforms the Opera esplanade into a festive space, where music and decorations create a unique cultural experience.Visitors will also be able to enjoy culinary delights.The Bucharest Christmas Market's design is created by stage designer Dragos Buhagiar and assistant Vladimir Iuganu, both for Constitution Square and for the ONB esplanade."Bucharest Opera Christmas Market" brings an extensive formula of events, concerts and activities. Bucharest residents and tourists will enjoy concerts by some of the most beloved artists of the moment. The program includes concerts, recitals and classical music performances, including productions from the ONB repertoire, as well as live broadcasts of the Opera's performances.On Saturday, the program includes three workshops for children and the Three Tenors from Iasi, Ana Cebotari and Maria Cazacu, the "Sound of Music" Children's Choir and Cristina Manoliu Savulescu, Irina Sarbu Band with "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas". Damian Draghici & Cristina Stroe will also take the stage.On Sunday, the program begins with the children's show "Enescu's Childhood - Classic is Fantastic", followed by a special edition of the workshop "The Magic of Childhood in Colors". In the afternoon, workshops dedicated to the little ones will take place, and in the evening, Breeze do Brasil, Dreams & Drums by Cici Rogojan will perform. The show "Nicholas' Christmas" will also be presented, with Alin Stoica & Stephanie Radu, CapoD'Opera Band & Light Quartet.Admission is free.
