The government updated the list of central public enterprises to be analysed for reform, which initially included 17 state companies, by introducing four other – CNCAF Minvest, Romaero, CNMPN Remin and Avioane Craiova. According to an Executive press release, the memorandum approved in this respect includes four other central public enterprises to be analysed by the Interministerial Committee to support the implementation of Reform 9. “They will complete the list with the first 17 public enterprises to be approved by the Government meeting of December 5, 2025, as a result of a new Committee meeting. Thus, the following central public enterprises from the portfolio of the Ministry of Economy, Digitization, Entrepreneurship and Tourism will be included on the list: CNCAF Minivest S.A, Romaeor S.A., CNMPN Remin S.S and Avioane Craiova S.A,” the source shows. According to the Government, their inclusion is needed to “ensure a unitary monitoring and coordination frame for implementing the principles of corporate governing, with a view to fulfilling the obligations assumed through PNRR.” On Friday, premier Ilie Bolojan announced, about the reform of state companies, that the Government had established the role of institutions involved, mentioning that, in the first stage, 17 companies are included, among which Tarom, Metrorex, CFR Calatori, CFR S.A., Electrocentrale Craiova Society and Electrocentrale Bucharest.
