The violent intervention of the Romanian Gendarmerie and private bodyguards at the football game between the Romania and Uruguay shows once again how the Romanian state is \'protecting\' the rights and the freedom of it\'s citizens. The incidents happened yesterday, 29th of February, 2012 in Bucharest, Romania. During the above mentioned football game – minute 60\', three activists from the Save Rosia Montana Campaign and also supporters of the national football team, exposed a banner with the inscription \'FRF = RMGC, Same Misery\'. The message was making reference to the recent attempt of Mr. Mircea Sandu – president of the National Federation of Football (FRF) – to associate with the mining company Rosia Montana Gold Corporation (RMGC). The mining company is blamed by the Romanian civil society for it\'s project proposal that plans to destroy the area of Rosia Montana from Apuseni Mountains.
