Groupama Asigurari has a Consultative Board of Customers, a structure launched in the mutualistic spirit of the Groupama Group

November 7, 2018

Groupama Asigurari, one of the most important insurance companies on the local market, has started the meetings of the Board of Customers, a unique project through which it introduced a part of the Group’s DNA, namely the mutualistic principles, on the local market. The Board of Customers was created at the beginning of 2018, being a consultative structure consisting of customers of the Groupama Asigurari who provide their perspective to the insurance market regarding the real needs of the customers, or give feedback on the Groupama products and services, based on their won experience. “The customer is our most important partner, being in the middle of all our concerns. We are the first company in Romania who implements such a program, and we believe that we will succeed in being better tomorrow than we are today, in all the relevant moments for our customers. The two meetings we organized in 2018, first of them in February, and the second one in October, were a source of learning for us, in a way that is somehow different than what we can extract from the quantitative, and even qualitative studies available to us”, stated Georgiana Miron, Marketing and Communication Manager of Groupama Asigurari. “The Groupama Asigurari initiative to fond a Board of Customers is worthy of praise, and an insurance company which takes into account the customers’ opinion, asking for their direct and objective feedback on the products and services it provides, must be appreciated”, stated the members of the Board of Customers. The Groupama Board of Customers consists of 5 members who are individuals, customers of Groupama Asigurari, who have been selected based on certain eligibility criteria (the type of products they used, their loyalty, their continuity in the portfolio, etc.). The approached topics at these meetings were related to the company’s performance in the recent months, its objectives, and especially the customers’ perception on the insurance market and the Groupama Asigurari services and products. As a result of the discussions, the members of the Board of Customers appreciate, among other things, the innovative direction of the company, and the brought concrete proposals in order to capitalize these issues, as well as to improve the insurance product portfolio and the efforts to make loyal customers.   About Groupama Asigurari   Groupama Asigurari, the leading company on the Romanian insurance market, is known for the quality of its flexible insurance services and solutions provided to more than 1 million individual customers and over 80,000 companies.
