Obviously this implies identifying a balance between procedures to block online content relating to terrorist propaganda and freedom of speech, but radicalization should not be encouraged or protected,” said, on the occasion of the reunion, the Romanian Minister of Internal Affairs, quoted in the release. The EU – US Ministerial Meeting also saw the attendance of the Secretary of Homeland Security Kirstjen Nielsen, the EUROPOL director Catherine De Bolle, the EUROJUST President Ladislav Hamran, the Austrian Federal Minister of the Interior Herbert Kickl, the Austrian Federal Justice Minister Joseph Moser and representatives of the European Commission.
