European Globalisation Fund pays EUR 24.3 M to help redundant workers

Romania is among the beneficiaries, including former employees of Nokia from Jucu. The European Commission (EC) has just made payments to Austria, Denmark, Finland, Italy, Romania, Spain and Sweden from the European Globalisation adjustment Fund (EGF), a press release informs.
