Average salaries in most dynamic counties in labor market: Bucharest ranks first with over 1,300 euros

The average salary offer in Bucharest is between  957 and 1,387 euros/ month, according to data offered by Bestjobs recruiting platform for “Profit.ro hour” show broadcast by Prima TV every Sunday.   In the top, Bucharest is followed by Cluj, where the average salary offer is between 879 and 1,269 euros.Timis ranks third, with an average offer between 851 and 1,155 euros, followed by Ilfov – between 742 and 1.075 euros, Iasi- between 740 and 1,063 euros and Brasov between 685 and 957 euros.   In these counties, the fields with the highest salary offers are IT, medicine, sales, marketing and engineering.   According to Bestjobs, Bucharest, Cluj, Timis, Iasi, Ilfov and Brasov are counties where the highest job offer and demand was recorded in August. At the opposite pole, with the lowest job offers and demands, we find Teleorman, Ialomita, Mehedinti, Covasna, Salaj and Harghita counties.   The recruiting platform announced that the highest salary offer of the week was 3,500 euros/month for an DevOps engineer job, in a company delivering software security solutions for international companies. The company has a development office in Bucharest and the job is 100% remote.   In fact IT is the field with  the highest salaries in Romania, followed by medicine and sales. The top of fields according to hiring, is opened by sales, followed by management and financial/accounting.   Bestjobs also made a top of the most wanted fields for remote jobs, with call center at the top, followed by marketing, sales, management and IT. Most wanted jobs of the week were supermarket cashier and book editor, with about 450 applications each.
