Access to restaurants and other locations in Bucharest - with COVID certificate as of Saturday

The Bucharest Municipality Committee for Emergency Situations (CMBSU) decided, in Friday's meeting, that the access to restaurants and other locations should be made starting Saturday with the COVID green certificate.On Friday, in Bucharest, the cumulative incidence of COVID-19 cases in the last 14 days is 3.77 per thousand inhabitants.According to the CMBSU decision, the certification of vaccination, testing or cure of SARS-CoV-2 virus infection is performed through the digital certificates of the European Union on COVID-19. The organizers / economic operators that carry out their activity according to the CMBSU decision have the obligation to scan the QR code on the green certificate.In the case of natural persons from states whose authorities do not issue green certificates or documents compatible with them, the organizers / economic operators have the obligation to verify the existence of documents, on paper or in electronic format, attesting the vaccination, testing or cure of the infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus of these citizens.The obligation to present the negative result of an RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, not older than 72 hours, or the certified negative result of a rapid antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, no older than 48 hours, does not apply to persons under 12 years of age.    The cumulated incidence of COVID-19 cases in the past 14 days increased to 4.1 per thousand persons on Saturday in Bucharest.The value was communicated by the Public Health Directorate (DSP), informed the deputy prefect of Bucharest, Antonela Ghita.The day before, Friday, the COVID incidence was of 3.77 per thousand persons.
