The organizers / economic operators that carry out their activity according to the CMBSU decision have the obligation to scan the QR code on the green certificate.In the case of natural persons from states whose authorities do not issue green certificates or documents compatible with them, the organizers / economic operators have the obligation to verify the existence of documents, on paper or in electronic format, attesting the vaccination, testing or cure of the infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus of these citizens.The obligation to present the negative result of an RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, not older than 72 hours, or the certified negative result of a rapid antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection, no older than 48 hours, does not apply to persons under 12 years of age.
