Romania's Ministry of Health on Friday called on the Department for Emergency Situations (DSU) to activate the European Union Civil Protection Mechanism to secure neutralising monoclonal antibody (NmAb) treatment for 40,000 COVID-19 patients."There are promises of support from other member states for this treatment as well.
