The minister of finances programmed loans of almost five billion lei in November 2021

The minister of finances (MF) planned, in November 2021, loans from the commercial banks of 4.4 billion lei, out of which 400 million lei in an emission of treasury bonds with discount and 4 billion lei through a new emission of state bonds.Another 600 million lei is added through supplementary sessions of non-competitive offers, with bonds bidding.   The total sum, of five billion lei, is with 630 million lei under that of 5.63 billion lei programmed for October 2021 and it will be destined to the refinancing of the public debt and the financing of the state budget.According to the prospect, MF programmed on 4th November, the bidding for an emission of certificates with discount, worth 400 million lei, with maturity on 23rd May 2022.Similarly, during the month there will be launched nine emissions of bonds benchmark type with a total worth of four billion lei, followed the next day by a supplementary session of non-competitive offers, worth 15% of the initial value of the emission of bonds (630 million lei as a total).The emissions will be 400 million lei (six emissions), 500 million lei (two emissions) and 600 million lei (two emissions), 600 million lei (one emission).
