Foreign shareholders inject over 34 million euros in companies of financial market in first five months

Companies activating in the Romanian financial market received from foreign shareholders capital injections of 34.05 million euros in the first 5 months, on the drop by 40% compared to the same period of 2021, amounting to 56.9 million euros, according to the National Office of Trade Registrar (ONRC).   The biggest capital infusion of 21.42 million euros was received in April by NBG Leasing, followed by Grawe Romania Insurance, with a capital infusion of 3.92 million euros in May.   Patria Bank increased its social capital with 3.3 million euros in February, Euroins Romania received 2.42 million euros to its social capital in May, and NN Insurance got 2.18 million euros in May.   In January, Porsche Leasing Romania increased its social capital by 790,900 euros. Data published monthly by the Trade Registrar includes the first 40 companies which got contributions to the social capital, according to the value of amounts allocated.
