Decree on EU-Ukraine Common Aviation Area Agreement, signed

On Tuesday, President Klaus Iohannis signed the decree on the promulgation of the Law ratifying the Common Aviation Area Agreement between the European Union and its Member States, on the one hand, and Ukraine, on the other hand, signed in Kiev, on October 12, 2021, informs the Presidential Administration.Also on Tuesday, President Iohannis signed the decree on the promulgation of the Law regarding the protection of information systems of public authorities and institutions in the context of the invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation.President Klaus Iohannis also signed the decrees regarding the promulgation of the Law on the ratification of the Defence Cooperation Agreement between the Governments of Romania and Portuguese Republic, signed in Bucharest on May 19, 2022, the promulgation of the Law on the modification and supplementing of Law no. 17/2000 on the social assistance of the elderly, the promulgation of the Law on the approval of GEO no. 69/2022 for the modification and supplementing of the National Education Law no. 1/2011 and the extension of some deadlines.The decree on the promulgation of the Law on the approval of GEO no. 119/2022 modifying and supplementing the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 27/2022 regarding the measures applicable to final customers in the electricity and natural gas market during the period April 1, 2022-March 31, 2023, as well as on the modification and supplementing of some normative acts in the field of energy, the decree on the promulgation of the Law regarding the modification and supplementing of art. 13 of Law no. 195/2018 regarding the approval of the Programme meant to support pig breeders, as well as the decree regarding the promulgation of the Law on the modification and supplementing of art. 12 of Law no. 227/2018 regarding the approval of the Support Programme for the activity of reproduction, incubation and growth in the poultry sector.
