Xella Romania launches new high-performance masonry solutions in the Ytong brand portfolio

Xella Romania, the leader on the local and regional market  of masonry materials, celebrates 100 years of international existence of autoclaved aerated concrete masonry (AAC)through the complete reshaping of the Ytong portfolio and launching of two new variants of energy efficient masonry under the name of Ytong Clima+ Ytong Thermo, tus continuing the investment plan in the constant development of masonry solutions for energy efficient buildings. Today, we continue to invest in the development of truly high-performance building solutions, with the aim of making a measurable contribution to the development of the built environment in Romania, with respect for our customers and partners and their current and future needs," said Marius Dragne, CEO Xella Romania.   After over 18 months of testing, together with the centre of research-development of Xella in Germany, the Ytong portfolio with the factory Xella of Paulesti (Prahova county) is improved and completed with two products variants, specially developed to answer the future requirements for energy efficient buildings nZEB, adapted to the specificities and standards of Romania.   Ytong Clima+ represents the most performing energy solution of masonry produced today in Romania, the variants developed in agreement with the most demanding European standards and an innovation in single-layer masonry without the need for additional insulation.   Ytong Thermo is the ideal solution for the multilayer wall of nZEB,offering exceptional sustainability by using natural materials with excelent properties.
