November 5, 2023

Real estate developer Nusco Imobiliara has received the construction permit for the second phase of the largest urban regeneration project in the northern part of the capital – Nusco City.

The second phase of the complex will comprise 840 units, including studio apartments, two, three, four rooms apartments and exclusive duplexes - with an estimated investment of over 130 million euros. The first phase of Nusco City delivered 622 new homes to the community.

“Nusco City is the largest project in our company's portfolio. Spread over 23 hectares, Nusco City will accommodate a total of over 3,000 apartments, parks, green areas, and infrastructure, covering approximately 40% of the entire project area. It will also include educational facilities, dedicated commercial zones, and office spaces - showcasing the true magnitude of this urban regeneration project,” says Michele Nusco, CEO of Nusco Imobiliara.

Nusco City was launched in the winter of 2020 and delivered its first phase in Q2 2023. The second phase is set to begin construction in Q3 2023, with the first 340 units, and is estimated for delivery in Q3 2025. The project's constructor is the company Pedro Construct.

“I proudly represent the most significant project I have worked on in my entire career - Nusco City. We are delighted to commence the construction of the second phase of Nusco City, as the demand for these new apartments has been tremendous from the pre-sales stage. In fact, the entire masterplan of Nusco City encompasses over 230,000 square meters, a masterplan created with top professionals, both nationally and internationally”, explains Bogdan Iliescu, Commercial Director of Nusco Imobiliara.
