Moov Leasing reaches €10 million valuation after founders of International Alexander Holding join as shareholders

November 21, 2023

Loredana and Simion Apreutese, shareholders of the group of companies within the International Alexander Holding, join the Romanian mobility platform Moov Leasing, acquiring 25% of the company's shares. As a result, Moov Leasing has reached now a valuation of €10 million and has ambitious development plans.

Moov Leasing is a 100% digital, all-in-one mobility platform founded by Bogdan Speteanu, former CEO of BCR Leasing, and Mircea Dihel, former CEO of Țiriac Leasing. It offers integrated car leasing services to individuals, free professionals, entrepreneurs, and companies based on a monthly rent, in a simple, fast, and flexible manner. The platform became operational in July 2023 and was officially launched on November 15.

Founded 20 years ago, International Alexander Holding (IAH) is a family business with 100% Romanian capital, and an independent 4PL integrator of transport services, integrated logistics, production, and real estate.

„We invested in Moov with confidence and enthusiasm, as it is not only an operational leasing company but also a convenient integrator of technology solutions for individuals and legal entities. In a competitive market and a dynamic lifestyle, easily accessible, friendly, and transparent services will certainly be a strong differentiator", say Loredana and Simion Apreutese, shareholders of International Alexander Holding.

The Moov platform allows the leasing package to be fully customized: customers choose the duration of the contract and the services required. They also have the option to add services, change or buy the car during the contract, and terminate it at any time without the burden of a long-term financial commitment. The approval and signing process takes less than 10 minutes and can be done directly from a laptop and soon from the Moov Leasing mobile application.

The fixed monthly rate, which is fully deductible for legal entities, gives customers access to a wide range of mobility solutions based on their preferences: insurance, taxes, toll, full maintenance, roadside assistance, tire management, and much more.

"Moov Leasing is a technology-enabled leasing company, a complex platform, and a perfect alternative for car buyers' expectations and needs. We believe that it's time for small and medium-sized companies as well as private individuals to have access to the advantages of operational leasing through MOOV Leasing. We are delighted that International Alexander Holding has joined us as a partner, bringing a solid reputation and valuable business experience, making us stronger and more confident in our vision," says Mircea Dihel, co-founder of Moov Leasing.

By the end of the year, Moov Leasing will have assets worth €15 million, with the aim of reaching a financing volume of €100 million in the next three years.
