Romania wss this year a partner country at the 29th edition of the International Travel and Tourism Trade Fair - TT Warsaw, which took place from 23 to 25 November, the Ministry of Economy, Entrepreneurship and Tourism (MEAT) informed on Friday."After the remarkable success of the previous year, our country's participation is a new opportunity to promote the local tourism offer, the exhibition being addressed to both the general public and specialists. At this year's edition of TT Warsaw, Romania is present with a 215 square metre stand, located right at the entrance of the fair, which 17 co-exhibitors from the tour-operators have joined, some of them with a long experience on the Polish market, as well as representatives of Destination Management Organisations and local public authorities from different regions of the country, in order to promote a complete, dynamic and authentic image of our destination," reads a MEAT press release.During the three-day exhibition, Romania offered an experience that eflects the authenticity of the country. In order to promote local traditions and culture, the folklore ensemble Doina Chioarului from Maramures delighted the audience with artistic moments both on the main stage of TT Warsaw, twice a day, throughout the fair, and at the stand.Moreover, MEAT starts a new outdoor promotion campaign, similar to the one carried out in Paris, on the second day of the exhibition. Thus, on the streets of Warsaw, for one month, 40 city buses will be covered with a representative image of the Peles Castle, while 34 digital screens will display photos, accompanied by the national brand and the slogan "Let yourself be surprised by Romania," with Sucevita Monastery, Transfagarasan road and Peles Castle.
