The Royal Choir Christmas Concert, 11th December at the Saint Joseph's Cathedral in Bucharest

The Royal Choir, a youth ensemble under the High Patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Radu of Romania and decorated by Her Majesty Margareta, Custodian of the Romanian Crown, will perform the Royal Christmas Concert at the Roman Catholic Cathedral of St.Joseph in Bucharest.   According to a press release sent on Monday,  the event will take place on December 11, starting at 8:00 p.m. in the Roman Catholic Cathedral of St.Joseph in Bucharest, and entry is free, subject to availability. The Royal Christmas Concert will bring together some of the most accomplished young Romanian musicians of the moment. Together with the Royal Choir  will perform conductors Razvan Apetrei and Daniela Cotoroana, cellist Alexandra Caplescu and pianist Teodora Chirca.   The repertoire is made up of creations and arrangements by Tomas Luis de Victoria, Ola Gjeilo, Javier Busto, James L.Pierpont, Phillip Lawson, Michael Engelhardt, Mykola Leontovych, Gheorghe Danga, Tudor Jarda, Tiberiu Brediceanu, Nicolae Ursu, Gheorghe Dima, Alexandru Pascanu, Claudiu Negulescu, Florian Costea and Matei Alexandru.
