Arrears of the general consolidated budget went up by 8.8% in November 2023

Arrears of the general consilidated budget went up by 8.83% in November 2023, compared to the previous month, to 326.63 million lei from 300.13 million lei in October, according to data published on the Finance Ministry website.   Arrears of over 90 days went up by 7.17% from 103.2 million lei to 110.6 million lei, those over 120 days went up by 12.5% from 138.5 million lei in October 2023 to 155.9 million lei in November 2023. Arrears over 360 days went up by 2.9% from 58.5 million lei to 60.2 million lei.   According to the source mentioned, in the case of local budgetsm arrears went up by 9.6% from 277.96 million lei (in October 2023) to 304.86 million lei (in November 2023).   Debts of over 90 days went up by 9.63%, to 107 million lei, those over 120 days grew by 12.4% to 147.7 million lei, while arrears higher than 360 days went up by 2.65%, to 50.2 million lei.   For the chapter “State and autonomous budgets”arrears dropped from 22.17 million lei in October 2023 to 21.78 million lei in November 2023 (-1.76%).   Arrears over 90 days dropped by 34.55%, to 3.6 million lei, those of over 120 days went up by 17.14%, to 8.2 million lei and those higher than 360 days went up by 4.16% , to 10 million lei.
