Premierul Marcel Ciolacu: Guvernul României va continua să susțină puternic parcursul european al Republicii Moldova

Today, Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu held a telephone conversation with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Moldova, Dorin Recean.
Prime Minister Ciolacu emphasized the active support that Romania extends to the Republic of Moldova for the start of the EU accession negotiation process, in the context of the European Council held on December 14-15, 2023.
The Government of Romania will continue to support strongly the European path of the Republic of Moldova and be a reliable partner along the entire accession process stated Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu.
The bilateral cooperation projects were also discussed during the telephone conversation, especially those in cross-border energy interconnections and Romanias financial assistance for the Republic of Moldovas development.
