Anniversary concert of the Royal Choir on July 30, 10 years since its foundation

  The Royal Choir, a youth ensemble under the High Patronage of Prince Radu of Romania and decorated by Her Majesty Margareta, Custodian of the Crown of Romania, will perform the Royal Anniversary Concert dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the ensemble's foundation on July 30, starting with 19:00, in the Great Concert Hall of the Romanian Athenaeum.According to a press release sent on Tuesday, the program includes works by H. Purcell, A. Vivaldi, J. P. Rameau, A. Bruckner, E. Hubsch/Ar. I. Dobrinescu, D. G. Kiriac, Ghe. Cucu, Ghe. Danga, V. Timis, F. Donceanu, E. Whitacre, J. Busto, H. Zimmer/Ar. Roger Emerson, Ar. Mark Hayes.Joining the Royal Choir and the founding conductor of the ensemble, Razvan Rados, will be conductor Eduard Dinu, Andrei Stanculescu, Antonel Temistocli and Daniela Cotoroana, musicians who in the 10 years of existence of the Royal Choir have been active at the ensemble's desk.During the event, under the baton of conductor Razvan Apetrei, the Royal Choir will perform in the company of the Opera Clandestina ensembles, an independent opera, ballet and theater company and the Padma Quartet, as well as the lyric artists Georgiana Dumitru (soprano), Alexandra Minerva Carstea, Isabela Stanescu (soprano), Ana-Maria Ivan (soprano), Alina Silvia Dragnea (mezzo-soprano), Dragancho Najdoski (tenor), Radu Ion (baritone), Marcel Busuioc (baritone) and Mihai Scarlat (bass).The Royal Choir will be accompanied by pianist Andra Demidov, and the host of the event will be actress Alexandra Apetrei.Tickets are available at the tocket office of the Romanian Athenaeum or online at https://ove.ro/sala-mare-02-iulie-2022-2.
