The ninth edition of "AuGUSTeria - Charity Fair", an event organized by the Tadeu Humanitarian Association and the "Sfantul Dumitru-Posta" Church, with the aim of raising the funds necessary to start the new school year for children from families with limited financial possibilities, will take place on Saturday and Sunday on Franceza Street in the Old Center of the Capital.According to a press release from the organizers sent on Tuesday, on both days visitors will be able to witness artistic moments of music, dance, as well as interactive workshops on various themes, having the possibility of traveling back in time in a specially arranged area with traditional objects.Participants can choose their favorite products and make voluntary donations, which will be used to purchase school bags and school supplies that will be given to children.On the first day of the event, starting at 5:00 PM, the "Lemonade Festival" will take place, where visitors will have the opportunity to taste their favorite lemonade prepared by volunteers.On Sunday, starting at 11:00, they will be able to taste dishes prepared with natural ingredients at the Traditional Food Fair.In the eight years since it has been running, "AuGUSTeria" has managed to prepare approximately 2,500 children for the beginning of the school year, who were offered schoolbags and school supplies.
