According to TV8, the interdiction was put into force after, on 27th August 2018 a group of Romanian citizens, participants to the Union March were not allowed to cross the state border of the Republic of Moldova. The initial reason was the inappropriate and provocative behavior of some people, the refusal to comply with legal procedures and a series of threats in discussions with Border Police representatives. I have been fighting for this for years and I don’t give up on this national cause. By comparison to the rest of the politicians, I would rather stay integral and tell the truth. Irrespective of the consequences, irrespective of the fact that I cannot meet my brethren and sisters from the Republic of Moldova. We go further, for ever and ever: Bessarabia is Romania’ the AUR leader said.
