Bergenbier S.A., part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company group, has been certified as a Top Employer in Romania, based on an evaluation that covers over 20 criteria in the field of human resources. These include HR strategy, work environment, talent attraction, education, diversity, equity and inclusion.

This certification, awarded by the Top Employers Institute, shows the organization's commitment to form and maintain a fair working environment and ensure the best possible working conditions for its employees through coherent human resources policies and strategies.

The Top Employer program is the one that has certified and awarded over time over 2,200 employers with exceptional performances from 122 countries, located on five continents.
