Bergenbier S.A. was certified as a Top Employer in Romania

Bergenbier S.A., part of the Molson Coors Beverage Company group, has been certified as a Top Employer in Romania, based on an evaluation that covers over 20 criteria in the field of human resources. These include HR strategy, work environment, talent attraction, education, diversity, equity and inclusion.
"Our organization is built on strong values, and all the actions we take are people-centric. We have focused over the last few years on developing coherent HR strategies and bringing professional development programs to our colleagues. We are glad to see that all our efforts are appreciated and I am glad that Bergenbier S.A. is a company recognized as a top employer in Romania", pointed out Mihai Voicu, General Director of Bergenbier S.A.
This certification, awarded by the Top Employers Institute, shows the organization's commitment to form and maintain a fair working environment and ensure the best possible working conditions for its employees through coherent human resources policies and strategies.

We do all these things respecting the well-established values ​​that we have and which, in fact, have brought us today to this point of being certified as a Top Employer in Romania. Bergenbier S.A has joined the other Molson Coors countries in Central and Eastern Europe that have received this certification, including Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, the Czech Republic or Croatia. The Top Employer program is the one that has certified and awarded over time over 2,200 employers with exceptional performances from 122 countries, located on five continents.
