Bucharest: Committee for Emergency Situations maintains obligation to wear protective mask in public spaces

The Bucharest City Committee for Emergency Situations (CMBSU) has maintained the obligation to wear a protective mask, so as to cover the nose and mouth, in all closed and open public spaces, as well as at the workplace and on the means of public transport, according to the decision adopted in the CMBSU meeting on Monday, which applies from Tuesday, for a period of 30 days.The organization and development of the activity within cinemas, performance institutions and / or concerts in closed or open spaces are allowed with the participation of the public up to 30% of the maximum capacity of the space and with the wearing of the protective mask. Participation is only allowed for people who are vaccinated against covid or have passed through the disease.It is forbidden for people to go outside the home / household between 22.00-5.00, with some exceptions. These measures do not apply to people who are vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus or had the disease.The activity with the public of the economic operators whose main object of activity is the selling of non-food products is allowed only for the persons who are vaccinated against the SARS-CoV-2 virus or who have passed through the disease.The obligation for economic operators carrying out activities in the field of trade and provision of services in closed and / or open spaces, public and / or private, including inside shopping centers, to organize and carry out their activity within the time slot 5.00-21.00 is mandated.    The incidence rate of COVID-19 calculated at 14 days is, on Tuesday, in Bucharest, of 8.89 cases per thousand inhabitants, according to the Public Health Directorate.It is the 18th day when the SARS-CoV-2 infection rate decreases in Bucharest, the highest value being reached on October 22 - 16.54.One day ago, the incidence rate was 9.49.
