Budget of two billion lei for the installation of photovoltaic panels in 2024

The programme ' The Green Photovoltaic House' will have for this year a budget of two billion lei and we will stop when we have photovoltaic panels on the last roof in Romania, stated on Wednesday in a press conference the minister for environment, waters and forests, Mircea Fechet.'We will open a new session ' The Photovoltaic Green House' this year, if they find the installation capacity of these panels' Fechet said.   Another new programme to be developed this year with budget for the Administration for the Environment Fund (AFM) is 'Rabla for tractors and agricultural machines'.   'In a rather early phase I would say, it is ' Rabla for tractors and agricultural machines' a programme that has been already discussed. We propose that on a de minimis aid of a maximum of 30,000 euros per farmer, to finance the purchase of tractors and agricultural machines because such investments have so far not been financed from the budget of the Fund for Environment' said the minister.   According to the official, a budget of 600 million lei will be allocated for the construction of bicycle paths, while for the sewage programme, on a budget of 1.5 billion lei, integrated systems of sewage stations and water supply will be financed. Moreover, 500 million lei represents the financing a programme regarding the de-contamination of polluted sites in Romania will benefit, said Mircea Fechet.
