CloudCart has developed CloudIO, an artificial intelligence tool dedicated to online shops

December 5, 2023

CloudCart, the professional eCommerce-as-a-service platform, has launched an innovative AI solution, available to all 1600 customers - online merchants in the 7 countries, including Romania, where the company operates. CloudIO delivers significant advances in online store management, offering revolutionary features for creating engaging descriptions, improving SEO optimization and increasing overall efficiency.
"CloudIO is like ChatGPT, but dedicated to e-commerce. It's your personal e-commerce expert, tailored and trained for each store on CloudCart. Thanks to rapid technological progress in artificial intelligence, compromising is not an option. Providing the newest competitive advantage for our customers has been a priority," said Petar Iliev, CTO and co-founder of CloudCart.

CloudIO simplifies the daily operations of online shops. Merchants increase the visibility and accessibility of their products in search engines by simultaneously generating a variety of texts - from product descriptions to SEO optimization for categories and static pages. The innovative tool is purpose-built for e-commerce, using industry-specific data and commands for maximum efficiency and relevance. With its ability to continually adapt and learn, CloudIO is a particularly useful tool in the ever-evolving world of SEO, where staying ahead of the competition is essential.

"With the implementation of CloudIO, we have transformed the way marketers form and manage their online content. We've achieved up to 5x lower costs for product descriptions and up to 5x faster SEO optimization for search engines. In addition, we've been able to save over 90% of each merchant's time, which they can reinvest in other areas of their business. These results are not just numbers - they are a testament to the undeniable power and necessity of artificial intelligence," said Nikolay Iliev, CEO and co-founder of CloudCart.
CloudCart was the first company to launch a version of AI virtual assistant dedicated to the e-commerce industry - CloudCart.ai. The much improved version - CloudIO - is a natural continuation of the company's efforts to develop and implement the most innovative technologies to keep up with the needs of customers.

CloudCart is an e-commerce platform founded in 2016 by brothers Nikolay and Petar Ilievi in Bulgaria. Since its founding, CloudCart has grown rapidly and become one of the most popular e-commerce platforms in Eastern Europe.

With extensive experience in e-commerce, CloudCart differentiates itself by offering a complete solution for online business management, including online store building and customization, order and inventory management, advanced marketing and sales tools, and a variety of services offered through its partner network.

The company is currently active in 7 regional markets and more than 1,600 companies, mostly in industries such as technology, fashion and beauty, operate on the platform.
