Coalition meeting: Reform package 2 to be approved after budget rectification

The governing coalition established on Wednesday that the package 2 of reform measures to be approved after the budgetary rectification, during the month of August, political sources said.According to them, the package 2 includes, on the one hand, measures which aim at ‘ cuts in sinecures and privileges, including special pensions for magistrates’ and on the other hand, measures aiming at the amendment of the law of insolvency, capital taxation and capital transfer.Part of the measures which will be covered in package 2 will be approved through government accountability in the parliament, the quoted sources said.According to them, after the budgetary rectification there will be known the financial resources which could be allocated through the programme  ‘Anghel Saligny’. In the meantime, the ministry of development analyses project by project.Not last, in the meeting established a mechanism of taking decisions: every project will be discussed in the coalition first, with the respective ministers, and then it will be publicly communicated.The parties in the coalition will have a week at disposal to bring improvements to the project under discussion, the quoted sources said.
