Cargus S.R.L. specializes in postal and courier services, being present on the local and international courier market. Delivery Solutions S.A. (Sameday) is a company that operates on the parcel delivery markets in Romania, Hungary and Bulgaria. EOPS Solutions S.R.L operates in the field of logistics and operations, through the logistics and warehousing platform QeOPS. According to the provisions of the Competition Law no. 21/1996, this operation must be authorized by the Competition Council, which will assess it in order to establish its compatibility with a normal competitive environment and will issue a decision within the deadlines provided by law.
