Composition of new Bolojan Government: 5 deputy prime ministers; 6 PSD ministers; 4 - PNL; 4 - USR; 2 - UDMR

The parties that will form the governing coalition voted at the end of this week on their representatives in the government that Ilie Bolojan has been appointed to lead. The new government will have five deputy prime ministers - four from the coalition parties plus one independent deputy prime minister, who will be responsible for state reform - six ministers from the Social Democratic Party (PSD), four from the National Liberal Party (PNL), four from Save Romania Union (USR), and two from the Hungarian Democratic Union of Romania (UDMR).The composition of the new Executive, which on Monday should clear the parliamentary committees and on the evening of the same day receive the vote of Parliament, is as follows:* Ilie Bolojan (PNL) - Prime Minister* Marian Neacsu (PSD) - Deputy Prime Minister without portfolio* Tánczos Barna (UDMR) - Deputy Prime Minister without portfolio* Catalin Predoiu (PNL) - Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Internal Affairs* Ionut Mosteanu (USR) - Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defence* Dragos Anastasiu - Deputy Prime Minister for Reform* Alexandru Nazare (PNL) - Minister of Finance* Ciprian Serban (PSD) - Minister of Transport and Infrastructure* Radu Marinescu (PSD) - Minister of Justice* Radu Miruta (USR) - Minister of Digitalization and Economy* Alexandru Rogobete (PSD) - Minister of Health* Cseke Attila (UDMR) - Minister of Development, Public Works, and Administration* Florin Barbu (PSD) - Minister of Agriculture* Florin Manole (PSD) - Minister of Labor* Andras Demeter Istvan (UDMR) - Minister of Culture* Daniel David (PNL) - Minister of Education* Oana Toiu (USR) - Minister of Foreign Affairs* Dragos Pislaru (REPER member, proposed by PNL) - Minister of Investment and European Funds* Bogdan Ivan (PSD) - Minister of Energy* Diana Buzoianu (USR) - Minister of the Environment.The protocol establishing the governing coalition will be signed on Monday, June 23, at 10:00 a.m., at the Senate, in the office of the current Senate president, Prime Minister-designate Ilie Bolojan.
