Consolidated general budget arrears decrease 0.29% in November 2024

  The arrears of the consolidated general budget decreased 0.29% in November 2024, compared to the previous month, reaching 595.5 million lei, down from 597.2 million lei in October, according to data published on the Ministry of Finance (MF) website. Arrears over 90 days increased 9.5%, from 166 million lei to 181.8 million lei, while arrears over 120 days decreased 3.14%, from 332 million lei in October 2024 to 321.6 million lei in November 2024. Arrears over 360 days saw a decline of 7.16%, from 99.2 million lei to 92.1 million lei.According to the quoted source, regarding local budgets, arrears went up 0.29%, from 548.7 million lei (in October 2024) to 550.3 million lei (in November 2024).Arrears over 90 days grew 12.78%, to 158.8 million lei, arrears over 120 days dropped 3.11%, to 311.8 million lei, and arrears greater than 360 days reduced 7.32%, to 79.8 million lei.Regarding the "State Budget and Autonomous Bodies" section, arrears decreased from 48.5 million lei in October 2024 to 45.5 million lei in November (-6.19%).Arrears over 90 days decreased by 6.35%, to 23.6 million lei. Those over 120 days decreased 5.89%, to 9.6 million lei, and those over 360 days decreased to 12.3 million lei (down 5.39%).
