COSMO PHARM continues its expansion in Romania: 25% growth in retail partners in 2025

April 20, 2026

COSMO PHARM, one of Romania's most established and prominent producers of dietary supplements, has continued to expand its network of retail partners, achieving a 25% increase in 2025 compared to 2024. This growth has directly enhanced the visibility of the company’s products, which are now available in over 1,000 retail outlets, covering more than 70% of Romania's leading pharmacy chains.   The expansion of COSMO PHARM within the retail sector has been driven by rising sales and the ongoing diversification of its product range. In 2025, the company recorded a 42% increase in sales over the previous year, affirming the success of its strategy to cater to the increasingly diverse health needs of the population.   Consequently, COSMO PHARM introduced new supplements in critical areas such as longevity, women’s health, brain health, immunity, and detoxification, further strengthening its portfolio.   With more than 200 products and 70 registered trademarks, COSMO PHARM offers one of the most varied selections of premium natural supplements in Romania. Consumers appreciate the company's products for their innovative formulas, high-quality natural extracts, and proven effectiveness. Additionally, the liposomal formulas ensure rapid absorption and superior therapeutic efficacy.   "Our retail network expansion has been a pivotal step in solidifying COSMO PHARM’s position in the local market. The increase in the number of partners, combined with the constant diversification of our innovative and high-quality product portfolio, has allowed us to better meet the needs of consumers, who are increasingly interested in effective natural remedies," says Dr. Oana Talpos, MBA, Vice President of COSMO PHARM.   Alongside the expansion of its partner network, COSMO PHARM has continued to grow its own sales channel, increasing its product range in the online store by 20%. This has led to a substantial increase in both traffic and the average value of shopping carts.   For 2026, the company aims to continue expanding its retail network, targeting a 15-20% increase in domestic market share and a 25% rise in exports, with particular emphasis on the United Arab Emirates, as well as other strategic markets in Asia and Europe. COSMO PHARM will continue investing in digitalization and AI to improve user experience and facilitate interaction with the brand, in light of the growing preference among younger consumers for online shopping.   Simultaneously, COSMO PHARM will increase its production capacity by integrating AI-controlled equipment to optimize processes and enhance operational efficiency. The company will also invest in expanding its storage capacity to accommodate rising demand and a larger volume of finished products, as part of its ongoing portfolio diversification and expansion into new markets.
