December 22, 2023

Cushman & Wakefield Echinox strengthens its office agency by recruiting Anamaria Crețu, a specialist with 18 years of multinational corporate experience.
With a vast background in the real estate market, Anamaria had been part of Skanska’s team during the past 8 years, one of the world's leading project development and construction groups, where she initially worked in the asset management division and she later took on the role of leasing & asset manager for the Equilibrium 1&2 buildings.
Mădălina Cojocaru, Partner Office Agency, Cushman & Wakefield Echinox: „We are delighted to be able to expand the Office team with a person who has vast experience and deep understanding of the business on this specific real estate segment. In a market where the needs of developers and tenants are in a complex dynamic, we are focusing on finding the best solutions to provide comprehensive and tailor-made services for each client.
