Edelstein Group announced the launch of the Diamond real estate project in Cluj-Napoca

February 8, 2024

The Edelstein Group, a real estate developer, announced the launch of the Diamond real estate project in Cluj-Napoca. Strategically located in an area that promises to become a hub of interest, the complex will offer 69 premium apartments, alongside a varied mix of functional spaces. The developer estimates the completion of the first phase of the project in the first half of 2026.   The launch of the Diamond concept on the market represents yet another strategic step for the Edelstein Group, which aims to continue with this new project the success recorded at Herculane 1 located in the Gheorghieni district of Cluj-Napoca, a recently completed project that reconfirmed its position as a real estate developer reliable and the potential in the segment of premium buildings. The new project is aligned with the needs of a mature community, concerned with the quality of investment and the durability of buildings over time.   With a total investment of over 60 million euros, carried out in 3 stages, the Diamond real estate concept intends to create a balance between tradition and contemporaneity, based on attention to detail, as well as the rigorous selection of sustainable and innovative materials. The complex offers 69 premium apartments and 492 parking spaces, along with a varied mix of functional spaces, including a supermarket, small shops, a restaurant, hotel, office spaces, medical service center, convenience stores, sports facilities, as well as spaces for creative industries and a kindergarten.   The architectural concept of the complex is defined by several harmoniously arranged building bodies, with a 10-story urban accent that, once implemented, has the potential to become an architectural symbol of the area. The silhouette of the complex will be composed of an omnipresent volume of graphite, geometrized at the base and polished on the upper floors with both reflective and transparent faces, reminiscent of a diamond.   The initial phase of the project will include adjacent residential and commercial properties, each with a distinct and complementary design. The second phase will add the buildings of the related services and the kindergarten, with a dedicated green space of 1500 sqm, and the final phase will include the implementation of the diamond-shaped body, thus strengthening the urban impact of the whole complex.
