Excellence in investor communication: TeraPlast scored 10 in the Vektor evaluation

January 30, 2024

For the fifth consecutive time, TeraPlast SA achieves the maximum score of 10 in the Vektor evaluation, coordinated by ARIR - the Romanian Investor Relations Association.

Since 2019, the Vektor evaluation analyses the activity of companies listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in terms of corporate governance efficiency, and transparency in investor communication.

In the evaluation for the year 2023, 10 criteria were applied, focusing on investor events, providing financial results in accessible digital formats, non-financial reporting, as well as clear communication of information regarding the company's management and policies (e.g., dividend distribution). The results of the investor communication evaluation have been audited by Mazars Romania.

At TeraPlast, we strive to implement and adhere to the best practices in investor relations. The evolution of the Romanian capital market, our presence in the FTSE Russell and MSCI indices, naturally influence the development of corporate governance and communication aspects. Transparency and timeliness enhance investor confidence in the company, contributing to its reputation through the availability of information and of the IR team. We have over 14 thousand shareholders who trust TeraPlast, and to whom we have committed to delivering value and maintain a consistent, high-quality communication. We are confident that by enhancing the importance and quality of investor communication, the entire Romanian capital market becomes more attractive to both local and international investors. The Vektor evaluation successfully highlights the significance of these aspects.”, stated Mr Alexandru Stânean, CEO of TeraPlast.
