Adrian Caciu, the public finance minister, announced on Thursday, at Talk News show on Profit TV, that 2021 was concluded with a deficit lower than estimated and budget collections grew, December incomes being between 5 and 7 billion lei higher than the previous average. Caciu also showed that the conclusion of the fiscal year will take place on January 15 and December incomes were higher than the previous average. He also referred to the facilities granted by the state in two fields, constructions and IT. Caciu explained that in IT, the resulting VAT, should be turned to account from Romania to other countries and we should be more than labor force. “It is an adjustment, which does not mean eliminating facilities,”he explained.
