Fitout Solutions Design (FSD Group), an entrepreneurial company that provides construction, cleaning, and interior design services for commercial projects and office buildings, recorded a 20% increase in turnover in 2024 compared to last year, to over EUR 5 million.   Of the total Fitout Solutions Design business volume, 90% comes from the retail sector, and the remaining 10% from the office sector. “We have recorded organic growth in the last year by attracting three new clients to the portfolio, and in the context of new retail and office projects in the country’s major cities. We have also expanded by increasing the number of international projects implemented,” said Laurentiu Chiosa, CEO and co-founder of Fitout Solutions Design.   Cleaning services projects for commercial spaces and offices generated a total revenue volume of 2 million euros for Fitout Solutions Design in 2024 and are expected to grow this year, while the construction (furnishings and interior design) and retail and office furniture sales divisions each generated EUR 1.5 million.   The most important fields of activity of Fitout Solutions Design clients are fashion, retail, IT&C, and Horeca and Food. Transparency in implementation, timely delivery of projects, and cost efficiency are the main pillars of the company’s growth in 2024. In the commercial area, the company’s evolution has been increasing, exceeding initial expectations since the beginning of 2024. According to Fitout Solutions Design, the allocation of projects to a general contractor is one of the most important trends that emerged last year.   Also, in the office sector, companies have focused in 2024 on creating areas for employee relaxation through the creation of green and airy spaces.
